Honest Greens Amoreiras

Born out of the dream of the American Christopher Fuchs, the Danish Rasmus B. and the French chef Benjamin Bensoussan, the Honest Greens restaurant was created out of their inability to find food that was healthy and delicious but also quick and affordable.

After Madrid and Barcelona, the concept arrived in Portugal in February by Plateform with the opening of a restaurant in Parque das Nações. The second location, at Amoreiras Plaza, is expected to open soon and will have a 600m² space, in which Bamer is responsible for the production of all the restaurant's carpentry.

We invested on gastronomic proposals that add value to Portuguese consumers and that present themselves as a challenge. It is necessary to innovate to meet the requirements of the present, and concepts such as sustainable, organic, unprocessed foods and proximity to producers, alternative diets, are essential. Honest Greens incorporates all of these concepts and many more. We are very happy to be part of the internationalization of the brand and to bring it to Portugal
